To submit an entry, just follow these steps:

1. Start by logging in to your Park Access account.
2. Once you're in, head over to the MEMBER EXCLUSIVES section.
3. Click on the CALENDAR option to explore the available products.
4. Take your time to choose the product you want to go for and simply click on it.
5. Fill in your personal shoe size using the pre-filled form.
6. When you're all set, hit the submit button to enter the raffle.

2. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER FORM PER PERSON. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

4. Your entry here does not guarantee a pair. If you are selected, you will receive an email from "hey@parkaccess.com.ph". GTI / Nike Stores PH is not responsible for lost or unreceived emails. It is the raffle entrant's responsibility to check SPAM, other mail folders and email security settings.

5. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PURCHASE THE SIZE INDICATED IN YOUR ENTRY. All entries are deemed final; no size exchange requests will be entertained. It is your responsibility to know what size you entered for the raffle.

6. Only one (1) pair can be reserved and will be released per customer.

7. For online purchases:
For STM (Ship To Me), be ready to present a valid government-issued ID to receive your copped pair when delivered. Payment and shipment details must match entry details.
For in-store claiming, be ready to present two(2) valid government-issued IDs (Passport, Driver's License, PRC, Philhealth: Digitized PVC, SSS UMID: Digitized PVC, Voter's ID, GSIS, and OWWA) to claim.
Proxies or booking of own courier is not allowed. Purchases with discrepancies will be automatically cancelled.

8. Valid reservation is not transferable. Claiming via proxy is NOT allowed.

9. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. GTI / Nike Store Philippines reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entries that it deems to have breached the mechanics or rules stated here for any reason.

10. Purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. GTI reserves the right to disqualify entries, forfeit orders, and ban customers from future raffles based on evidence of suspicious activities including, but not limited to, the ff:
Engagement in reselling activities
Previous involvement in reselling activities
Posting of copped email and payment confirmation on social media
Payment and shipping details that do not match with customer information

11. Unclaimed or unpaid entries after the deadline will be forfeited and may result to a ban in future draws or reservations.
